Boost for international collaboration - Bonn International Fellowship

Dr Raymond Wong was awarded the Bonn International Fellowship to lead a collaborative stem cell research program with the University of Bonn, Germany, as part of the BM-AXIS collaborative program between University of Bonn and University of Melbourne.

The Bonn International Fellowship will support Dr Wong to undergo a research exchange at Bonn in 2021 to initiate new collaborations and strengthen research on the development of new strategy for retinal regeneration.

"I am really excited about this opportunity to collaborate with stem cell and eye research experts at the University of Bonn to develop novel regenerative therapy for retinal diseases', says Dr Wong.
