Funding boost to advance gene therapy to stimulate retinal regeneration

Associate Professor Raymond Wong was awarded funding support from the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) Stem Cell Therapies Mission to advance development of a gene therapy to stimulate the stem cells in the retina to regenerate photoreceptors, the tiny light-sensing cells that is critical for our vision.
